HOW DO I PURCHASE AN IMAGE?
If there is an image you would like to use, simply add that image to your cart and continue to check out. At checkout, you will be asked to fill in your details and confirm your order. Please let us know how you would like to use the image and at what size and resolution you need it. Once we receive your purchase request, we will contact you with details on how to pay via direct bank transfer and image downloading. Please not that in ordewr to send you an image we will need to have the payment cleared in our account first.
What file format do i receive?
Normally, you will receive a JPG of the image. This can be used in most applications. However, if you require a different file format please let us know in your purchase request.
what file size will i receive?
The file size you receive depends on the original file we have. We will always give you the largest file we have so it can be used across multiple applications.
What license do i receive with the image?
The license granted with each image is a non-exclusive and non-transferable license. You can view a sample here. Under no circumstances are the original source files provided and remain the exclusive property of biolution GmbH. We advise you to keep the license in a safe place as you may be asked to provide proof of it at any time.
Can I pay online?
Unfortunately we do not currently provide online payment. When you have found an image you would like to purchase, complete the steps at checkout / purchase request and we will get in touch with payment steps.
when will I receive my image(s)?
After completing a purchase request at check out we will be in touch with payment methods. Once payment has been received we will release the image and the applicable license agreement to you.
I have found an image but I need it in another colour
Most images and videos shown in our collection can be customised. If you would like a customisation, another colour or even position, please complete a purchase order at checkout and in additional comments please state your request.
None of the images in the collection are suitable...can you create a bespoke image for me?
YES! If none of our images in the collection are exactly what you need, please get in touch via the contact form and let us know what you need. We will then contact you to discuss the project further.
I chose the wrong image, do you provide refunds?
Unfortunately no, we cannot provide any refunds once the payment has been made. After completing your purchase order we will send you a confirmation of your order which we would suggest you double check before proceeding with payment. Once we receive payment and release the image to you, we cannot refund any payments.
Does customisation cost extra?
Yes. If you want to change the colour or position or any of the details, this would be an extra cost not covered by the price on our website.The new cost will depend on the degree of changes and size required which after a discussion with you would be provided in a new cost offer.
